Team BPW and the Race for the Cure - Oct. 21, 2006

Team BPW had an exciting finish at the Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure" - We DIDN'T Come in Last!
Sheri Campion, Dorothy Campion (Sheri's mom), Marsha Drebelbis, and Anne Chastain represented TEAM BPW on October 15th by
participating in the 5K race which the Komen Dallas Foundation hosts each year to raise awareness and funds to fight Breast Cancer.
Join TEAM BPW as we honor our fellow BPW Sisters who have survived this disease: Cynthia Lucas, Linda Evans, and Shari Macioch (just declared cancer free)!

Our very own Nancy Hodgkinson led an outstanding conference at the Women's Museum on September 23. Almost all of the LOs were
represented.

BPW Region 3 Election Results
At the Region 3 Fall Conference on October 1, the following Members were elected to a Region office. They will assume their
position on July 1, 2006.
- Nancy Hodgkinson (Dallas Inc) - Region Director
- Mary Ann Garrett (Tyler) - Secretary
- Diane Sirois (Frisco) - Treasurer
- Sharon Mann (Marshall) - State Nominating Committee Member
- Anita Hartnett (Oak Cliff) - State Nominating Committee Alternate
Congratulations to our President, Nancy Hodgkinson, on her election! She will be installed at State Convention next June.
In support of Nancy, Dallas, Inc. will be the hostess local organization (LO) for the 2006 Regional Fall conference.
